J'ai envoyé un mail à Laurent pour lui demander qu'elle serait le futur de la SxDL. Voici sa réponse que je partage avec vous.
Hey guys,
Both of yours have been asking me about SxDL recently. So, here is the latest: I am still developing using it but it is extremely unlikely that I will spend more time providing support, making samples, tutorials or even building packages for release in the Open Source any longer. This has proven to be just a waste of time and effort.
Furthermore, having the framework GPL’ed is probably not compatible with the DirectX EULA. Need to dig into that, though… Therefore, there will come a day when it will be removed from SourceForge.net. Nobody seems to have noticed that so far, but, as you know, nothing last forever…
Thanks
Laurent Testud
ps : Je ne fais de commentaires mais si vous voulez réagir n'hésiter pas.
